I have really been feeling immense gratitude for one space in particular that I am a part of, and the people that I have crossed paths with. One way I plan to deepen the connection is to share more about what lights me up and ask more about what lights others up. It’s so important for me having the opportunity to shine a light on the humanity in others (and ourselves).
The sunrise on my forest run this morning was simply divine with the lake shimmering below through the trees 🥹
I always love hearing when others feel connected to their animals :) I’ve never really had any pets, so it’s always fun seeing and hearing how much joy they bring into the lives of others :)
Running in nature — that's an A+ start to the day!
Our pup came into our lives after spending so much time at Boston Children's Hospital and witnessing our son with the therapy dogs. We asked his MD if we should have a dog at home, and she whipped out her prescription pad. He's brought non-stop joy. He's our first pet and warmed his way right into our hearts — and beds, and sofa, and cars, etc. etc.!
